This one is a great example of how far Australian whisky making has come in recent years.
The New World Whisky Distillery is pushing the boundaries of whisky making in this country. This is their more defined, more traditional take on the single malt, made from specially sourced Victorian barley and aged in “renovated” Australian Apera casks. Sweet, smooth and complex.
Expect to pay around $90.
